Billing and Insurance Information

Dr. Hoyt’s office participates with most Maryland insurance plans. Unfortunately we do not accept Medicaid or any Medicaid HMO plans.  As at most physician’s offices, patients are expected to be familiar with the requirements of their plan.  They are expected to have the appropriate referral information and copays at the time of their visit.

All billing is handled in the office.  Our billing supervisor can be reached from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm Monday through Friday at (410) 420-0057 with any questions or concerns.
